Day Schedule

This one-hour off road driving experience really is an unforgettable thrill. With its 6.2 litre engine and standing at over 8ft wide, the Hummer (or HMMWV - High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle) boasts fantastic capabilities and can tackle almost any terrain. After an in-vehicle safety briefing you will be taken for a short demonstration drive by your instructor. During the demonstration drive various off road driving techniques will be explained as well as some of the unique features of this iconic 4x4. It is then your turn to drive. You'll start off in a familiarisation area, where you'll get the feel for how the Hummer handles. Once you are familiar with the controls you'll begin to tackle a range of off road obstacles such as hill climbs and descents, side slopes and traverses, rutted tracks, axle twisters and of course mud and water. Your experience will not be shared with any other drivers, meaning you'll have the full attention of the instructor throughout. If that's not enough, you can even bring two family or friends to ride as passengers or share the driving for no extra charge!

Your voucher is valid for 6 months for one person. This experience is available on weekdays only. Drivers must be at least 17 years old and in possession of a valid driving licence, which must be presented on the day. There are no physical restrictions, although the design of the vehicle's interior may be difficult to access for some - please enquire upon booking. Please also inform the supplier of any relevant medical condition upon booking. Spectators welcome - you can bring two family or friends to ride as passengers or share the driving for no extra charge. You are advised to wear old clothing and suitable footwear as the site is exposed and ground conditions underfoot can be difficult. All dates are subject to availability. This voucher cannot be extended.
