Tank Driving Thrill in Leicestershire BOOKING FORM

Learn how to drive 17 tons of steel with this great tank driving experience and live out all those childhood fantasies. Your experienced instructor will quickly help you learn all the basics while driving around the course with the hatches open and your head out so you can see where you're going. Once you're got to grips with driving the beast and you're feeling confident, try driving with only your periscopes for vision and the hatches closed for the ultimate thrill!

Day Schedule

Arrive at the venue at the appointed time and be greeted by your friendly and experienced instructor. First up is a safety briefing, followed by an overview of the tank and its controls. Then you'll spend some time getting used to piloting the craft, before your first test driving the tank over a World War II bombing range! If you feel confident enough, you can repeat the course under real' conditions, with the hatches down and only your periscope to guide you! Your experience lasts for approximately 45 minutes.

Terms and Conditions

Your voucher is valid for ten months for one person. You are free to contact the supplier to book a date for your experience. This experience runs from April to October on Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays. Extra passengers are permitted at an additional fee of £10 per person, payable upon booking, subject to availability. A driving license is not required. Maximum weight is 22 stone/140kg and maximum height is 6'4"/193cm. Minimum age is 16 years. No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be permitted to participate. This experience and the vehicles described are subject to availability.
