Jean-Christophe Novelli Intensive Masterclass BOOKING FORM

This one day intensive and instructive course is hosted by Jean-Christophe who will work with you in creating a specially designed menu. His passion for food and creative excellence is passed on at every opportunity as you learn how to select flavours and seasonings and work with some of the finest ingredients available. The day is very relaxed and informal, yet professional, and Jean-Christophe is with you throughout the day.

Day Schedule

The Intensive Masterclass will commence at 10:30-11am and includes: * Champagne reception * Seasonal designed menu with recipes * Wine tasting and appreciation lecture * Hands on, practical and technical advice * Novelli Academy Masterclass Certificate * Photo call and signings with Jean-Christophe * One night stay at the 5* Luton Hoo Hotel Golf and Spa, including breakfast The Masterclass will end at approximately 5pm.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. Pre-booking is essential for this experience. Courses run on selected days throughout the year. Courses are suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen. The course itinerary is subject to change - check when booking to confirm the exact structure. Due to the exclusive nature of this experience, availability may be limited and you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. There will be a maximum of 10 people per course.
