The Bertinet Kitchen Fish and Seafood Class BOOKING FORM

The Bertinet Kitchen is a purpose built cookery school, opened in Sept 2005 in the centre of beautiful and historic Bath. Owned and run by French chef and baker, Richard Bertinet, The Bertinet Kitchen offers a range of relaxed and fun courses for food lovers of all abilities. During this fantastic fish and seafood class Richard will show you what to look for when buying and how to prepare and cook perfect fish and seafood at home using a range on recipes and ideas. Following the class lunch with wine is served.

Day Schedule

Classes start at 10am and last for approximately five and half hours. The class is suitable for all abilities and includes hands-on participation as well as practical demonstration. A wide range of skills are covered, including scaling, skinning and knife techniques as well as a variety of cooking methods and recipes. The package also includes lunch with wine for all participants.

Your voucher is valid for 10 Months. The minimum age for participants is 18 years. Participants do not have to have any prior knowledge to attend these classes. This class is available on selected week days and runs approximately once every two months. All classes are subject to availability.
