Chocolate and Wine Tasting Workshop for Two

Treat yourself and a friend to an evening of fine wines and gorgeous chocolate tasting with this workshop in South London. An expert chocolatier will guide you through the process of sampling eight different types of chocolate, all made from the finest cocoa, paired with four delicious wines, selected by grape and region. You'll even be able to take any unfinished chocolate goodies home with you in a gift bag, after finishing your evening off with a sampling of some decadent truffles.

Day Schedule

Arrive on site to be presented with a bag of 8 different chocolate bars; 4 different wines will be waiting for you, on display on the table. Mineral water and crackers will also be on hand to cleanse your palate. The chocolatier provides a presentation on chocolate which involves an in-depth talk regarding the origin and quality of ingredients; this is followed by the tasting, using appropriate approach and technique. Use your sense of smell and taste to associate the different chocolates with wine, identifying your favourite combination! Trial truffles to end the experience, and take home any unfinished chocolates in a gift bag.
