Day Schedule
Arrive at the hotel at the appointed time and enjoy dishes selected from the a la carte menu for a superb gastronomic experience. Example dishes include Velouté of Jerusalem Artichoke with Langoustine, Slow Cooked Middle White Pork with Worcestershire Sauce, Roast Loin of Local Venison, Vanilla Poached Pear & Coffee Craquant, and Coffee with Homemade Petit Fours.
