The Martian constitution and bil of rights that details the Martian Laws and the purchasers         rights.
A transcript of the declaration of ownership
A document confirming the purchaser’s Mineral Rights to their land.
A postage paid land registration card   It is not advisable to visit your property without the assistance of NASA or an alternative professional space agency.
N.B. A Transcript of the Declaration of Ownership is supplied with each purchase. This is the document filed with the governments of the USA and Russia (then the USSR ) along with the United Nations General assembly in 1980 in which Dennis Hope laid claim to Mars.
