This fantastic Meet the Tigers experience is your chance to get up close and personal with one of Dartmoor Zoo's Siberian Amur tigers! During the experience you'll be treated to lunch in the park's Jaguar Cafe, as well as a VIP tour of the wildlife park itself. The highlight is when you get to meet a Siberian Amur tiger - in the tiger house. There'll be plenty of opportunities for photos, and you'll even be presented with a certificate and t-shirt at the end of your experience!

Day Schedule

This experience is available for anyone over the age of 8 years and is perfect for animal lovers! Upon arrival you'll be greeted with refreshments, before meeting the big cat keepers. You'll then receive a VIP tour of the zoo's most popular areas - where you'll be able to see a variety of animals including brown bears, vervet monkeys and otters - and you'll be treated to lunch in Dartmoor's Jaguar Restaurant. The highlight of your day will come as you are given the chance to get up-close and personal behind the scenes with the tigers in their house - a truly unforgettable encounter! There will be plenty of opportunities for photos throughout your experience, and you'll be presented with a certificate and t-shirt at the end of your experience. This experience lasts around two hours and you will be in a group of up to six people.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for two people. The minimum age for participants is 8 years - under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (at no extra cost). This experience is available on alternate days throughout the year to coincide with the tigers feeding schedule. This experience is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, has a high blood pressure, or is of a nervous disposition. The experience will last roughly 2 hours, with at least 30 minutes spent with the tigers. You will be in a group of up to six people. It is recommended that you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This voucher may not be extended. All bookings are subject to availability.
