Your voucher is valid for 10 months for one person. You are free to contact the supplier to book a date for your experience. Participants must be aged 16 years or over - anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian. You may bring up to four guests for a minimum donation of £20 per person. Because you will be working with animals and as this is an outside experience, the program will vary with the season and time of day. Sessions are offered in the morning, afternoon and early evening May to September, and daytime only for the rest of the year. The encounter normally runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday, although some weekday sessions may be made available if demand is great. Sessions are limited and subject to prebooking and availability. Disabled participants are welcome; the site is accessible to all except in very wet weather when the grass surface may not be suitable for wheelchair users.
