Gourmet Cupcake Training in Essex BOOKING FORM

Our trainers, Tracey and Shelley have been in the catering business for 25 years. And both of them train together, so you have two trainers to every class of five students. Our cupcake classes are suitable for students with little or no experience as well as the more advanced learner of cake decorating.

Day Schedule

Small class of 5 with 2 professional trainers. You will learn to bake cupcakes, decorate them with poured fondant icing and butter icing. Also learn to make sugarcraft roses and bows etc. You will have 12 beautifully decorated cupcakes to take home. Also included Lunch, refreshments and afternoon tea.

Yes, we also specialise in creating gorgeous and original cupcakes for all occasions including birthdays, corporate events and new babies. Our cupcakes are made from the finest ingredients including free range eggs and natural flavours such as fresh pineapple, carrots, strawberries and lemons - and they taste as good as they look!
