Birds of Prey Experience in North Yorkshire BOOKING FORM

Within an hour of arriving at the centre you will be flying a bird. The centre will supply top level teaching by an experienced instructor to ensure you get the most from your experience. You will have the amazing opportunity to take the birds into the woods and fields close by to the school where you will be flying a hawk, buzzard or owl under expert supervision. This is a brilliant opportunity for any falconry fans.

Day Schedule

Your experience will start with tea and coffee and a brief introduction into the centre and birds of prey. You will then be learning the basics of how to fly and handle these magnificent birds, within a short time you will be flying a hawk, buzzard or owl in the neighbouring woods and fields. There will be plenty of opportunities for pictures and you can ask any questions you may have concerning the birds and the falconry at any time during the course. You will be at the venue for approximately 3 hours in total.

Terms and Conditions

Your voucher is valid for 10 months. All equipment will be provided for your experience, but it is advisable to bring a pair of wellington boots with you and wear suitable outdoor clothing for the time of year. Please note that the species of bird flown will be dependent on the time of year. There will be a maximum of 6 people participating in this experience.
